• Mortgage documents: talk to whatever institution that holds your mortgage re: transferring, discharging or paying out your mortgage.
• Grant deed or transfer of title document.
• Tax assessment documents.
• Will/probate Documents
• Court order  or separation agreement if this is a divorced forced sale.
• Judgments against you or anyone on title
• Liens against the property
• Property Taxes due
• HOA documents if any
• Receipts for any major repairs or upgrades to the property
• Any reports that you have about the property (geological, physical, pest etc.)
