What Is My Home Worth
and how did you arrive at that number?


Ever wonder what information your REALTOR® uses when pricing a home. Well there are many things that must be taken into consideration. The location, the upgrades or lack thereof, the general condition, the location, and the square footage.
When pricing a San Fernando Valley Home I look at all the points mentioned then I look at what other properties have sold for in the area. An appraiser will usually stay within one mile of the subject property when appraising a home so I use that parameter when doing comparables. A good REALTOR® and one that knows your neighborhood will have seen most of the comparable homes and will know which of them are close comps to your home.  We then base the price of your home on THE PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT of the most relevant comps.
