Thank-you for all your efforts in helping me find the house of my dreams. You told me it was out there and by golly we found it. I know it wasn't easy but you did it. You have an amazing way of taking care of business and counseling me at the same time. I felt very supported through the entire process.

I trusted you like a friend and it was partly because you responded quickly to my calls and emergencies and acted like my business was very important to you. Even after I had made an offer on another house and I had doubts, we started looking again with optimism in our hearts.

I have already recommended you to a friend and will continue to do so as I run into househunters.

Would I recommend Heather to a friend or family member? WITHOUT HESITATION.

A few years ago I decided I wanted to live on the beach, so I sold my condo in Canoga Park and bought a home in Laguna Beach. After awhile I started to miss the wonderful complex and the codo I had sold. None of my friends would make the drive to visit me so I decided to move back to Canoga Park. But, to my dismay there was nothing available for sale in the complex. I had already sold my place and had less than a month to find a new place.

A friend sent me to Heather. Today i live in that complex and it is all because of Heather's tenacity and hard work.

When I told her of my situation and my fear of not finding something I could afford in a safe environment, she assured me that I need nor worry. Heather went door to door in the complex in which i wanted to live until she found someone willing to sell, then she negotiated a great price.

I'm sure Heather has had bigger sales in her career but she treated me as though I were buying a million dollar home. She is kind, considerate, very knowledgeable and above all Heather has integrity. She listened when I spoke and always had my best interest at heart.
